In accordance with Dutch law customers have the right to return any product purchased long distance (in this specific case through the web shop www.rhonevaluewines.eu) of Rhône Value Wines. Customers must notify Rhone Value Wines of such return by email (contact@rhonevaluewines.eu ) within 14 days after receipt of the product. In addition, the customer must use the appropriate return form, which can be downloaded here.

All returns must be made within 14 days after notifying to Rhône Value Wines. The shipping costs are borne by the customer, as well as the risk of breakage or damage caused by shipping the product to Rhône Value Wines.

Returns are accepted only if the original shipping packaging of the product is reasonably intact and the label on each product is fully intact.

If the customer makes use of this right of return, Rhone Value Wines will refund the invoice value including the initial shipping costs as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, to the bank account specified by the customer (if applicable). Rhône Value Wines reserves the right to withhold the amount charged by the bank to make such refund possible.
