Domaine Les Goubert, a family domain just outside Gigondas with a long history going back to the 17th century. Current owner Jean Pierre is an autodidact, applying family traditions as well as modern techniques. Likes to experiment to improve the quality of the wines. Goubert works sustainable (lutté raisonée).The vineyards are spread over Gigondas, Beaumes de Venise, Lafare, Sablet and Seguret; 23 hectares is total, most of which on altitude.Flagship wine is "Cuvée Florence”, low yield Gigondas that ages on new oak barrels. So far we work with their whites only.
