Juicy (dark)red fruit with a sweet-herbal (liquorice) tone. The taste offers concentrated fruit (cherries, berries) with a mild herbal tone (thyme).  In the middle more “garrigues”, “cooked”(grenache) fruit. Soft tannin and light minerality in the finish. A Cairanne with plenty of character which will please. The signature of the wine maker is evident, as well as the Cairanne terroir. Remarkable full of fruit and liveliness, a lot of pleasure and well-priced. [January 2019]
