Collines Rhodaniennes

Collines Rhodanniennes IGP (indication géographique protégée), a protected region created by the EU in 1992 for agricultural products, represents typical Northern Rhône wines made of syrah (red) or viognier, marsanne and / or roussanne (white). The vineyards are on the plateau above the Cru-classified vineyards or near the river. Most of these IGP wines do not offer the same depth or refinement of the Crus, but are certainly an interesting proposition from a price-quality perspective.
